Located in El Bierzo at northwest of Aquilianos Mountains and close to valley of river Sit. "Las Médulas" are an amazing spanish landscape environment formed as a result of the Roman gold mines.
RUTA PEÑALBA DE SANTIAGO
"Peñalba de Santiago" was declared a Historic and Artistic Site in 1976 and is located in "Oza" river basin, which is part of the mountain range of the Aquilanos Mountains in the region of El Bierzo (León).
